Thank you for taking the time to sit with us today. Before we dive into your experience and everything that’s brought you here, we’d love to start with you. Can you share a little about who you are, the kind of content or modeling work you do, and what first drew you into this space? When you look back at those early days, what feels most different about where you are now?
Hey My name is Sidney Starr The Transgender Diva ! I am a very Popular Reality tv personality! I’ve been apart of some of the most popular television shows in ratchet reality tv ! So image is a must . And what brought me into this space is since I was young I got silicone injections into my breast which was a big mistake! So now that I’m wise I decided to get it removed and replaced with Dr Revis great breast implants with the internal bra! I knew he would be the perfect choice especially for my look and that means a lot in the industry I’m in ! And I also do onlyfans on the side ! Dr Revis helped change my life for the better to do what I needed to do ! I’m very happy with my results!
Can you take us back to when you first started seriously thinking about breast augmentation? What was happening in your life or career at the time, and how did that decision connect to the way you show up in your professional world today? What questions or considerations did you find yourself sitting with before moving forward?
I’ve had 2 breast augmentations but this 3rd one with dr revise was special because we were getting the silicone injections removed ! So my breast have been through a lot ! I’m finally happy with how they look !! It’s been a hell of a journey
You touched on some meaningful shifts there—can you go a little deeper into what’s felt most transformative for you, not just externally in your work, but internally in how you carry yourself and approach new opportunities?
Well removing the silicone helped me be more confident and getting the breast look that I always wanted ! Has truly changed everything for the better ! I always wanted perkier sit high up breast ! It’s brought in major opportunities for sure!!! I’m very proud! Thanks to Dr Revis ! Took us 3 years to finally do and I’m glad he was patient and kind to me ! He’s an awesome and kindhearted person ! I will ge working with him again in the future! ❤️

As someone who puts themselves out into the world through content or modeling, personal branding can be such a big part of the journey. How did you begin shaping your personal brand in the early days, and what were some of the intentions or values you wanted that brand to reflect about you?
I just had to start by being honest and open to the world about who I was . I used to hide the facet that I was trans but after being open it helped my Brand . I worked with many celebrities like Ray J , Nick Cannon, Tyler Perry etc and I’ve been on over 12 popular television shows ! Like love and Hiphop, Baddies , Wild N Out and More! I became very successful!
From the outside, people often see the polished version of a career or personal brand. What’s something about your journey that most people might not realize or fully understand when they look at your work from the outside?
I would say the people from the outside don’t know how hard it is to be an openly known transgender woman who has to compete every day to stay relevant in a world full of judge-mental people! That’s why I’m such an open book with everything I do .
As your journey has evolved, how have you seen your audience respond to the changes you’ve shared? Are there particular reactions or patterns in how people engage with you that stand out to you?
My audience and fans love my journey and have been very supportive of me and my journey .. I’m so thankful for them ! No judgement zone with my Starr Gang.
