About The Internal Bra® Magazine
The Internal Bra® Magazine is a patient-driven digital publication dedicated to real stories about choice, confidence, and modern breast augmentation.
This is not a medical journal.
It’s not a marketing platform.
And it’s not written about women.
It’s written by them.
The Internal Bra® Magazine exists to give women a place to tell their stories—in their own words—about their bodies, their decisions, and the impact those decisions have had on their lives.
A Magazine Built Around People, Not Procedures
Breast augmentation is often discussed clinically, quietly, or through before-and-after images that leave out the most important part: the person.
The Internal Bra® Magazine focuses on what comes before and after the procedure in a deeper sense—confidence, identity, comfort, wellness, career, self-expression, and personal agency.
Every article published here is a personal narrative. Some are written by professional content creators and models whose work puts their bodies in the public eye. Others are written by women whose journeys are private, personal, and deeply rooted in health, wellness, or long-term quality of life.
All of them share one thing in common:
the decision was theirs.
Who This Magazine Is For
The Internal Bra® Magazine is for:
-
Women who want to share their augmentation journey with pride
-
Friends, family, and colleagues who want to better understand that journey
-
Creators and professionals who value storytelling, ownership, and visibility
-
Anyone curious about how modern breast augmentation fits into real life—not stereotypes
This publication is designed to be something our contributors feel confident sharing openly, whether that’s on social media, with loved ones, or in professional circles.
The Role of Innovation
The Internal Bra® Magazine is inspired by advances in modern breast surgery, including the Original Internal Bra, an innovative approach created by Dr. Don Revis.
While innovation plays an important role in these stories, it is never the headline.
The people are.
The magazine exists to document the human side of progress—how new techniques and thoughtful care can support long-term comfort, confidence, and well-being.
Real Stories. Real Ownership.
Every story published in Internal Bra Magazine is shared with consent, intention, and respect.
Contributors choose how they show up.
They choose what they share.
They choose how their story lives in the world.
This is not about convincing anyone to make a decision.
It’s about honoring the decisions already made.
Why It Matters
For too long, conversations about breast augmentation have been framed by stigma, silence, or surface-level imagery.
The Internal Bra® Magazine offers something different:
-
Nuance instead of noise
-
Perspective instead of pressure
-
Pride instead of secrecy
It’s a place where women can say, “This is my story,” and mean it.
About The Editor’s Desk
While Internal Bra Magazine is built around the voices of my patients, The Editor’s Desk provides the broader perspective that connects those stories together. It’s where I share insight into what I’m seeing in my practice, in culture, and within the evolving conversation around confidence, wellness, and modern breast augmentation. Throughout the year, this space allows me to offer context. Sometimes that means reflecting on seasonal trends and shifts I’m noticing among patients. Sometimes it means addressing topics that are circulating in the media, including celebrity clients, influencers, and public conversations that influence how women think about their bodies. Other times, it’s about highlighting deeply personal stories that deserve thoughtful commentary and respect. The Editor’s Desk is not a clinical update or a marketing message. It’s a perspective. It’s where I share what I’ve learned from decades of performing breast augmentation, developing the Original Internal Bra™, and working with thousands of women from around the world. It’s where I offer clarity when conversations feel noisy, and where I celebrate the progress, confidence, and growth I see in my patients every day. As Editor-in-Chief of Internal Bra Magazine, this is my opportunity to guide the tone of the publication, to share what matters, and to ensure that the stories within these pages are understood in a larger context. Thank you for being here and for taking part in this evolving conversation.
