Internal Bra® MAGAZINE
Don Revis, MD, FACS

The Internal Bra® Magazine is a patient-driven digital publication created to give real people a place to share their stories—in their own words—about confidence, wellness, and modern breast augmentation. This is where the story behind the decision lives. Every feature you read here is someone choosing to speak openly about a deeply personal chapter of their life—what led them here, how the experience has shaped them, and what they’re stepping into next. These stories matter because they create space for honesty, understanding, and connection in a conversation that’s often kept quiet. If this story resonated with you, one of the most meaningful ways to support the person who shared it is to share this article with your friends, family, or social network. When these stories travel, they help normalize real conversations around body autonomy, confidence, and personal choice. Thanks for reading—and for helping these stories reach the people who might need to hear them.

Thanks for sitting with us again today. Before we jump into what’s new and what’s brought you back for this conversation, can you reflect on how your work and your perspective have evolved since we last spoke? What feels most different about this chapter of your journey?
The biggest shift has been in my confidence and how I see myself. I’m more intentional now—both in my work and in my personal choices. There’s less second-guessing and more trust in my instincts.

This chapter feels different because it’s about refinement. After having surgery years ago and seeing how my body changed, I knew I wanted to revisit it—but this time, do it the best way possible.

Overall, I feel more aligned, more confident, and more sure of who I am—and that’s reflected in both my life and my work.
Looking back, what was the moment or experience that made you feel ready to move forward with surgery? How did you imagine it might influence your work, your confidence, or the opportunities you felt open to pursuing—and how does that compare to what you’ve experienced since?
Looking back, it wasn’t one specific moment—it was more of a realization over time. I had surgery years ago, and as my body changed, I knew I was ready to revisit it and invest in doing it the best way possible.

I expected it would boost my confidence, especially in my work as a creator—but the impact has been even greater than I imagined. Not only do I feel more confident in how I look, but that confidence shows up in how I create, how I carry myself, and the opportunities I’m willing to go after.

It’s been less about change, and more about stepping into a stronger, more elevated version of myself.
For people who’ve followed your journey across different chapters, what do you think they might notice as the biggest difference in how you show up now compared to earlier stages of your career?
I feel like the people who have followed me throughout this journey notice how much more comfortable I am with putting myself out there. In the earlier stages of my career my lack of confidence held me back in so many ways. Now, while I still have a bit of shyness that may hold me back, I am a different, much more confident woman-I couldn't be happier!
When you look at the way your personal brand has evolved, what feels most different about how you show up today compared to earlier in your journey? Were there moments that helped clarify what you wanted your brand to stand for?
There’s a level of confidence and ownership in how I show up now that wasn’t there in the beginning. Early on, I held back a lot—I didn’t share as much of my content, and I didn’t even show my face. Looking back, that really came down to a lack of confidence and not fully owning my story or my goals.

Over time, that shifted. I became more comfortable embracing every part of what I do, and that clarity helped define what I want my brand to stand for. Now, I show up with a sense of confidence and intention that allows me to keep growing without hesitation.

Behind the scenes, what does the day-to-day reality of building and maintaining your brand actually look like for you? Are there parts of the process that are more challenging or more meaningful than people might assume?
Here’s a polished, editorial version of your response:

---

My day-to-day reality looks different almost every day. I also work a traditional job, though thankfully my hours are flexible, which gives me some balance. On top of that, family and content creating, my life is full and always moving.

Balancing all of that with content creation can be challenging at times, especially when it comes to staying consistently engaged. But it’s something I’m learning to navigate better each day. I’ve become more intentional with my time and how I show up online.

One of the most meaningful parts for me is the connection with my audience. I try to engage on a more personal level whenever I can, because I hope it shows that I’m genuinely taking time out of my life to connect. That part of it feels especially rewarding.
For those who’ve followed you for a while, how do you feel your community has grown or evolved alongside you? Have you noticed changes in the kinds of conversations you’re having with your audience now?
As my journey has evolved, I’ve noticed my audience responding with a lot more engagement and connection. The more I’ve grown into myself and become open about my story, the more people seem to resonate with it.

There are definitely patterns in how people engage—support, curiosity, and appreciation for the honesty behind what I share. I think when you show up more authentically, people respond to that energy. They connect not just with the content, but with the person behind it.

What stands out most is the consistency of that support. It’s been really meaningful to see people grow alongside me and respond positively as I’ve become more confident and intentional in how I show up.
When you think about the future, how do you see your personal brand and creative or professional work continuing to evolve over the next few years? What kind of direction feels most aligned for you right now?
Looking ahead, I see my personal brand continuing to grow through creativity, confidence, and expansion in both my work and opportunities. I want this next chapter to reflect not just consistency, but real creative evolution.

I’m excited to push myself more, explore new ideas, and create content that feels more intentional and elevated. As my confidence has grown, so has my willingness to take creative risks and trust my vision.

For me, success is about growth and alignment—building something sustainable while continuing to evolve in how I show up and what I create. This journey has been a lot of fun and I plan to continue to have fun doing it!
Well, it’s been great spending this time together today. As we close, what insights or advice would you share with others who may be earlier in their journey, what misconceptions would you challenge, and how can people stay connected with your work?
It’s been great reflecting on this today. For anyone earlier in their journey, I would say don’t wait until you feel “ready” or perfectly confident—growth comes from choosing to show up even when you’re still becoming.

One misconception I would challenge is the idea that you need to have everything figured out before you start. Confidence, success, and clarity are things you build over time, not prerequisites.

As for staying connected with my work, I’m most active on my social media platforms where I continue to share my journey, my growth, and what I’m creating next! An easy way to stay connected with me would be on Instagram! @thesiennasteele.xo
