Internal Bra® MAGAZINE
Don Revis, MD, FACS

The Internal Bra® Magazine is a patient-driven digital publication created to give real people a place to share their stories—in their own words—about confidence, wellness, and modern breast augmentation. This is where the story behind the decision lives. Every feature you read here is someone choosing to speak openly about a deeply personal chapter of their life—what led them here, how the experience has shaped them, and what they’re stepping into next. These stories matter because they create space for honesty, understanding, and connection in a conversation that’s often kept quiet. If this story resonated with you, one of the most meaningful ways to support the person who shared it is to share this article with your friends, family, or social network. When these stories travel, they help normalize real conversations around body autonomy, confidence, and personal choice. Thanks for reading—and for helping these stories reach the people who might need to hear them.

Thank you for taking the time to sit with us today. Before we dive into your experience and everything that’s brought you here, we’d love to start with you. Can you share a little about who you are, the kind of content or modeling work you do, and what first drew you into this space? When you look back at those early days, what feels most different about where you are now?
Thank you so much for having me. I go by The Heartbreaker Blues online. I’m primarily a spicy content creator, but I also love modeling across social media—it’s always come naturally to me, especially with my passion for photography.

After becoming a mom, I slowly lost a bit of my spark and confidence over the years. But after having my breast augmentation redone by Dr. Revis, I truly feel like myself again. That confidence, that spark—it’s back, and I’m so grateful. I can’t thank him enough for helping me feel like me again.
Can you take us back to when you first started seriously thinking about breast augmentation? What was happening in your life or career at the time, and how did that decision connect to the way you show up in your professional world today? What questions or considerations did you find yourself sitting with before moving forward?
At the time, I knew I needed a breast reaugmentation. I was working full time and raising two kids, so life stayed busy—but my original augmentation, done about 10 years prior, had never really felt right to me.

I had followed Dr. Revis and his patients for quite a while—almost like window shopping—just admiring the results and imagining what could be possible. One day, I finally decided to reach out for a consult, and I’m so glad I did. I was honestly blown away by how humble and down-to-earth he was. From that first message on, the entire process felt easy, smooth, and surprisingly quick.
Unknowingly then, that decision has led me to who I am and what I do today.
You touched on some meaningful shifts there—can you go a little deeper into what’s felt most transformative for you, not just externally in your work, but internally in how you carry yourself and approach new opportunities?
For me, it’s given me more than just my confidence back—it’s helped me feel aligned with who I am on the outside, too. I love being a true girls’ girl, lifting other women up and reminding them of their beauty no matter what. I know what it’s like to not feel pretty or comfortable in my own skin, and that’s exactly why it means so much to me to encourage others to feel confident and seen.
As someone who puts themselves out into the world through content or modeling, personal branding can be such a big part of the journey. How did you begin shaping your personal brand in the early days, and what were some of the intentions or values you wanted that brand to reflect about you?
Honestly, at the time, it started as a side hustle—I was just trying to rebuild my life after my house fire. I had no idea it would turn into something so much bigger.

What I didn’t realize then was that I was actually shaping a future not just for myself, but for my kids too. It’s grown into a career path I never imagined was possible for me. I’ve been incredibly blessed by my following—they’ve opened doors, created opportunities I only used to dream about.

Looking back, choosing to have surgery with Dr. Revis wasn’t just a small decision—it was a true turning point in my life.

Are there any common misconceptions about your work or your career path that you find yourself wanting to gently correct? What would you want people to really understand about what goes into what you do?
I think women in this industry are often judged before anyone even takes the time to know them. I can’t speak for everyone, but I’m just a normal woman who did what I needed to do—and that doesn’t make me a bad person.

I also want people to understand that this job isn’t easy. It’s not just working a couple of hours and calling it a day. If anything, I work more now than I ever did at my full-time job. There’s no clocking out, no off switch. It takes real discipline and consistency to build something like this—and that consistency is exactly what’s gotten me here and keeps me going.
As your journey has evolved, how have you seen your audience respond to the changes you’ve shared? Are there particular reactions or patterns in how people engage with you that stand out to you?
Honestly, after having two surgeries with Dr. Revis, my audience has responded incredibly well. They’ve really loved my results, and the support has been amazing. If anything, it’s even helped grow my following—people have connected with my journey and the confidence that’s come with it.
When you think about the future, how do you see your personal brand and creative or professional work continuing to evolve over the next few years? What kind of direction feels most aligned for you right now?
I feel like my brand is constantly evolving—especially when it comes to modeling, working with brands, and now connecting with other creators. I’ve started meeting up and collaborating with other models more, and that’s something I’m really excited to keep growing. That creative energy and support between women is unmatched.

That’s the direction I see my future going. Who knows… maybe one day I’ll land on the cover of a magazine.

And when I say Dr. Revis gave me my confidence back, I truly mean it. It changed how I see myself and what I believe is possible. From here, the sky really is the limit.
Well, it has been great sitting and talking with you today. Before we wrap up, are there any pro tips you’d offer to others navigating similar choices, a few common myths you’d love to clear up, and where can readers go to continue following your journey?
Thank you so much for this opportunity—it truly means a lot to me.

If I could give any advice, it would be this: go for it. Do the things that scare you. Step outside of your comfort zone, because that’s where real growth and change happen. And if you’re looking to regain your confidence and feel more comfortable—and confident—in your own skin, don’t be afraid to explore what could help you get there. For me, working with Dr. Revis was a huge part of that journey.
