Internal Bra® MAGAZINE
Don Revis, MD, FACS

The Internal Bra® Magazine is a patient-driven digital publication created to give real people a place to share their stories—in their own words—about confidence, wellness, and modern breast augmentation. This is where the story behind the decision lives. Every feature you read here is someone choosing to speak openly about a deeply personal chapter of their life—what led them here, how the experience has shaped them, and what they’re stepping into next. These stories matter because they create space for honesty, understanding, and connection in a conversation that’s often kept quiet. If this story resonated with you, one of the most meaningful ways to support the person who shared it is to share this article with your friends, family, or social network. When these stories travel, they help normalize real conversations around body autonomy, confidence, and personal choice. Thanks for reading—and for helping these stories reach the people who might need to hear them.

Thank you for taking the time to sit with us today. Before we dive into your experience and everything that’s brought you here, we’d love to start with you. Can you share a little about who you are, the kind of content or modeling work you do, and what first drew you into this space? When you look back at those early days, what feels most different about where you are now?
I started modeling at the beginning of last year, and I had no idea how much it would impact me. It’s given me a creative outlet, but more importantly, it’s helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect. I’ve met incredible photographers, and some of them are now friends I can truly rely on. Beyond that, it’s given me confidence to express myself in ways I never thought possible before.
Before we talk more about your latest collaboration or relaunch, can you share how your experience with surgery has played a role in getting you to this point? In what ways do you feel it’s supported your ability to step into new opportunities?
Dr. Revis’ work has played a major role in helping me step in front of the camera with a new level of confidence. Feeling comfortable with how you present yourself is incredibly important in modeling, and his work helped me reach a place where I truly feel confident in front of the lens.

Because of that, I’ve been able to approach opportunities with a completely different mindset. Instead of feeling hesitant, I’m able to fully focus on the creative side of modeling and the collaborations I’m part of. It’s also helped me stand apart from other models, because the look he helped me achieve has given me a distinctive presence on camera.

That confidence has opened the door to new opportunities and allowed me to take on projects that I might not have pursued before in. It’s helped me step into this next phase of my career with a stronger sense of self and a clearer vision for the work I want to create.
If you were to frame this moment as a turning point in your story, what would you say has prepared you for this next step, and what feels most aligned about where you’re headed now?
For clarity: After my second breast augmentation, I still wasn’t fully confident in the look. At the time, I had 750cc implants, but I knew I wanted a larger size to feel truly aligned with my vision. Dr. Revis was able to take me to 1,250cc, and now I feel genuinely happy and more confident than ever before.

As someone who puts themselves out into the world through content or modeling, personal branding can be such a big part of the journey. How did you begin shaping your personal brand in the early days, and what were some of the intentions or values you wanted that brand to reflect about you?

When I did my first shoot, I honestly had no idea what to expect. Up until then, I’d only taken photos for myself, just to have something personal. But when I saw the images from that first session, I was surprised and amazed at how good I looked and how confident I felt. That experience really pushed me forward. It encouraged me to lean into modeling more and explore the opportunities that could come from it. Over time, that initial surprise turned into a passion for expressing myself and building my confidence through each new shoot.
From the outside, people often see the polished version of a career or personal brand. What’s something about your journey that most people might not realize or fully understand when they look at your work from the outside?

The reality is social media can be a façade. You see an image—perfect hair, stunning shoot, amazing location—and assume someone has it all together. But that’s maybe 1% of my time. Those moments—yes, they are work, but they’re also when I’m treating myself to that fleeting perfection. The truth is, my everyday life doesn’t look like that. For many women, myself included, it’s a struggle. Instagram doesn’t show the family stress, the financial worries, the little day-to-day challenges—whether it’s relationship tension or just going to the grocery store. And yes, I have those grocery store moments, too. My goal is to create work that isn’t just polished. I’m still a work in progress, but I want to weave more of that reality into my story—to show that we all struggle, but that doesn’t define who we are.
What kinds of feedback have you received from your audience as you’ve grown and changed over time, and how has that feedback influenced the way you think about your relationship with your community?
Overall, the response has really taken me by surprise. I didn’t anticipate how excited people would be about my work, and hearing such positive feedback has been incredibly encouraging. Sure, there have been a few negative comments, which can be frustrating, but on the whole, it’s been overwhelmingly positive and uplifting. It’s motivated me to push even harder and explore new creative projects that I’m excited to pursue.
