Don Revis, MD, FACS

The Internal Bra® Magazine is a patient-driven digital publication created to give real people a place to share their stories—in their own words—about confidence, wellness, and modern breast augmentation. This is where the story behind the decision lives. Every feature you read here is someone choosing to speak openly about a deeply personal chapter of their life—what led them here, how the experience has shaped them, and what they’re stepping into next. These stories matter because they create space for honesty, understanding, and connection in a conversation that’s often kept quiet. If this story resonated with you, one of the most meaningful ways to support the person who shared it is to share this article with your friends, family, or social network. When these stories travel, they help normalize real conversations around body autonomy, confidence, and personal choice. Thanks for reading—and for helping these stories reach the people who might need to hear them.

Hey, thanks so much for sitting down with us today. For anyone who might be discovering your work for the first time, can you walk us through how you got started, what kind of work you focus on now, and what originally inspired you to put yourself out there? How has your sense of direction or purpose shifted as your career has evolved?
I grew up in Los Angeles, and that environment shaped a lot of who I am today. Being around the beach culture, the sunshine, and the fitness lifestyle gave me a very clear vision early on of what I thought the ultimate beach body looked like. I spent a lot of time working out, staying active, and imagining the aesthetic I wanted to create for myself. For me it wasn’t about following trends—it was about bringing a very specific vision to life. I’ve always described it as my dream of becoming a living “plastic doll.” 💋

In the beginning, I was incredibly lucky to have a visionary supporter who believed in my goals and helped sponsor the first steps of my transformation. Having someone see your vision and invest in it gives you the courage to really put yourself out there.

But my journey definitely wasn’t smooth at first. My first breast augmentation was severely botched and resulted in a major case of symmastia—what people sometimes call the “uni-boob.” There was no real cleavage because the implants had essentially merged across the center. It was devastating at the time because something that was supposed to help me achieve my dream body created a huge setback instead.

Fixing symmastia is extremely complicated, and financially it was a massive hurdle. But I refused to give up on the vision I had for myself. My goal was to achieve proper cleavage and the ability to safely carry extra-large implants that would match the aesthetic I had always imagined.

I consulted with several plastic surgeons on the West Coast searching for a solution, but none of them offered a correction that felt truly right for my situation. So I did what I jokingly call sending out an SOS—I reached all the way across the country to Florida to contact Dr. Don Revis Jr.

That decision changed everything.

Through his skill, innovation, and creativity, Dr. Revis developed what is known as the Internal Bra technique. It provided the structural support necessary to correct the symmastia and create the cleavage I had always dreamed of. For the first time, I felt like my vision was actually possible.

When the results came together, it truly felt like my dreams had become reality.

Since then I’ve been able to focus on what I love most—creating content and connecting with people. Today I spend a lot of my time producing and publishing content across platforms like Instagram and OnlyFans, where I’ve built an incredible global audience.

The most rewarding part is that my fans come from all over the world, and the LeslieLuxx 💋 platform I’ve built also allows me to speak about things that matter to me—especially animal protection and spreading positivity.

My journey started with a personal vision, but it’s grown into something much bigger: creativity, confidence, and using my voice to connect with people across the globe. And the story is still being written.

More questions coming soon…
Since you’re here to share an update or milestone today, how has your experience with surgery continued to shape your work or your sense of confidence over time? What feels most different now compared to earlier stages of your journey?
Being able to look back now, the difference between the early stages of my journey and where I am today is night and day. In the beginning there was so much uncertainty—dealing with a botched surgery, the financial stress of trying to correct it, and the emotional side of wondering if the vision I had for myself would ever really become possible. That experience forced me to develop resilience and patience, because transformation isn’t always a straight path.

Once everything was finally corrected and I was able to achieve the structure and cleavage I had dreamed of, my confidence shifted in a huge way. It wasn’t just about the physical result—it was about feeling like I had overcome something that could have easily stopped me. That confidence translated directly into my work and the way I present myself publicly. I feel much more comfortable in my own skin, and that freedom shows up in the content I create and the way I connect with my audience.

Another exciting part of this chapter has been being featured and starring on television shows. That experience has been amazing because it allows people to actually hear my story in my own voice. A lot of fans love seeing me talk openly about goals, dreams, and the creative process behind producing incredible content. It’s one thing to see photos online, but television lets people see the personality and passion behind everything I do.

And of course, my content continues to evolve too. Some of it is playful, some of it is glamorous, and yes—some of it is definitely a little spicier. That’s part of my personality. I’m a proud, strong Latina and I bring that confidence and energy into everything I create.

What feels most different now compared to the earlier stages is that I’m no longer chasing the vision—I’m living it. The challenges along the way shaped me, but they also gave me a deeper appreciation for where I am now. Today I get to focus on creativity, connecting with fans around the world, and continuing to grow the Leslie Luxx 💋 platform I’ve built.

And the best part is that this is still just the next chapter!!
Since you’re here to share an update today, what feels most meaningful about this moment in your journey? How does this milestone connect to the intentions you set for yourself earlier on?
When I think about how everything has come together—from the early challenges to where I am today—it really feels like the journey shaped the purpose behind the Leslie Luxx 💋 brand. The surgeries and the obstacles along the way forced me to become stronger, more focused, and more intentional about what I wanted to create and share with the world.

One of the most exciting parts of this chapter has been being featured and starring on television, including a project called Leslie Luxx 💋 Real Life Superhero. That show captures the spirit of what my journey has become. It’s not just about transformation on the outside—it’s about growth, creativity, resilience, and turning your vision into reality.

I remember a very specific moment that changed how I looked at everything. I was in Malibu one evening, spending time in prayer and reflection, and it suddenly became very clear to me that I was meant to build a community—a fan base where I could share creativity in all forms. Art, fashion, cosplay, makeup design… all the things I love creating. A lot of people don’t realize that I actually do all of my own makeup design and creative looks myself, and that artistic side is a huge part of who I am.

That moment gave me clarity that the “Real Life Superhero” idea wasn’t just a title—it was something I was growing into. It represents using your life experiences, your creativity, and your voice to inspire others to believe in their own potential.

Through the Leslie Luxx 💋 brand, I’ve been able to share faith, positivity, and encouragement with people all over the world. My goal has never been just about appearances—it’s about reminding people that dreams can become real if you stay committed to them.

If anything, I hope my journey can be a point of reference for others who are focused on becoming what I like to call a “Goal Digger.” Someone who isn’t afraid to work for their dreams, overcome obstacles, and keep building the life they believe in.

That’s what this next chapter is about—continuing to create, inspire, and grow with the amazing community that has formed around this journey.

As someone who puts themselves out into the world through content or modeling, personal branding can be such a big part of the journey. How did you begin shaping your personal brand in the early days, and what were some of the intentions or values you wanted that brand to reflect about you?
From the very beginning of my journey, I understood that creating content and modeling wasn’t just about taking photos—it was about building a world and a recognizable identity. After everything I had gone through early on, especially overcoming the setbacks from my first surgery, I wanted the Leslie Luxx 💋 brand to stand for determination, creativity, confidence, and believing in your own vision no matter what obstacles appear.

As my work began reaching more people, I realized that personal branding would become a huge part of how I expressed that vision. I didn’t want my content to feel repetitive or ordinary. I wanted every photo set and every video to feel like its own moment—its own character, mood, and story.

That’s why a lot of people are surprised when they see how much work actually goes into a single piece of content. I can spend hours—sometimes entire days—shopping and searching for the perfect elements to bring a look together. It requires a huge budget and a next-level attention to detail because every part of the outfit matters.

I’m thinking about everything from toe nails to wigs, jewelry to handbags, stilettos to eyelashes. Every detail contributes to the final image. I plan each look almost like designing a character, creating unforgettable shapes, silhouettes, and fashion combinations that stand out.

Sometimes a single outfit can take months in the making—tracking down the right pieces, customizing elements, or building the full aesthetic around it. And once everything is ready, the production itself can take days of filming and photography to capture the content properly.

For me, that process is part of the art. The Leslie Luxx 💋 brand is about transformation, imagination, and pushing visual creativity to another level. It reflects the idea that when you truly commit to a vision and put the work into every detail, you can create something unforgettable.

That’s the intention I’ve wanted people to feel when they see my work—that behind the glamour and the bold looks there is real dedication, planning, and passion going into every single creation.
Are there any common misconceptions about your work or your career path that you find yourself wanting to gently correct? What would you want people to really understand about what goes into what you do?
That’s a really thoughtful question, because there are definitely a few misconceptions about what I do that I like to gently clarify. From the outside, people sometimes assume that this type of work is simply about posing for a camera or posting pictures online. What many don’t realize is that what I’m really doing is building and producing a full creative brand.

Every piece of content begins with imagination. I’m constantly thinking about themes, colors, characters, and how a look can stand out visually. Because I design my own makeup looks and plan the full aesthetic, a lot of the process feels closer to being a stylist, makeup artist, and creative director all at the same time. I’m shaping a character or visual moment that people will remember.

Another thing I think people misunderstand is the level of commitment it takes to stay consistent. Building a recognizable brand like Leslie Luxx 💋 means constantly evolving—finding new inspiration in fashion, art, cosplay, and design while still staying true to the identity people connect with. It takes discipline to keep that creative energy flowing and to keep raising the level of quality in every new project.

There’s also a very human side to the journey that people don’t always see. Like anyone pursuing a dream, there have been challenges along the way. But those moments are often what build confidence and perspective. They remind me why I started in the first place and why it’s important to keep pushing forward.

What I’d really want people to understand is that this path is about creativity, storytelling, and self-expression. The photos, the videos, the fashion, the characters—it’s all part of a larger vision. And the most rewarding part is being able to share that world with fans across the globe who appreciate the art and the energy behind it.

At the end of the day, my work is about turning imagination into something people can see, enjoy, and feel inspired by—and that’s something I receive Abundant Joy from.
Can you think of a moment, message, or interaction with a fan or follower that really stuck with you or reminded you why sharing your journey matters?
One of the most meaningful parts of sharing my journey has always been the connection with fans. There have been so many supportive messages over the years, but one moment that really stuck with me happened not too long ago when I posted a lip-sync video to a Nicki Minaj song. I was just having fun with it—playing with the character, the attitude, the energy of the music.

What surprised me was how many fans wrote back with real urgency and sincerity saying that I should actually pursue a music element of my personality. They weren’t just complimenting the video—they were encouraging me to explore another creative side of myself. Messages like that remind me that people aren’t only watching the visuals; they’re connecting with the personality and the energy behind them.

Music has always been part of my world. Growing up in Los Angeles, I heard everything—from the old-school tracks the LA homeboys would bump cruising around, to freestyle jazz sessions, to contemporary country, Ol Time Rock n Roll and Hip Hop, that just gets you moving to the groove. That mix of sounds and rhythms really shaped my vibe and the way I feel music.

So when fans started encouraging that musical side, it actually made me think about it in a new way. Who knows—maybe one day I’ll step into a studio and rap out a few lyrics just to see where that creative lane goes. For me, creativity is about exploring different forms of expression, and music could definitely become another part of that journey.

Moments like that are a big reminder of why sharing my story matters. When fans engage, respond, and encourage new ideas, it becomes more than just content—it becomes a conversation and a community. And that connection is something I appreciate very much.
