Internal Bra® MAGAZINE
Don Revis, MD, FACS

The Internal Bra® Magazine is a patient-driven digital publication created to give real people a place to share their stories—in their own words—about confidence, wellness, and modern breast augmentation. This is where the story behind the decision lives. Every feature you read here is someone choosing to speak openly about a deeply personal chapter of their life—what led them here, how the experience has shaped them, and what they’re stepping into next. These stories matter because they create space for honesty, understanding, and connection in a conversation that’s often kept quiet. If this story resonated with you, one of the most meaningful ways to support the person who shared it is to share this article with your friends, family, or social network. When these stories travel, they help normalize real conversations around body autonomy, confidence, and personal choice. Thanks for reading—and for helping these stories reach the people who might need to hear them.

Thanks for sitting with us again today. Before we jump into what’s new and what’s brought you back for this conversation, can you reflect on how your work and your perspective have evolved since we last spoke? What feels most different about this chapter of your journey?
I’ve had an incredible transformation from 2018 to 2026, both personally and physically. Over the years I’ve grown so much as a woman, and becoming a mom was one of the biggest turning points in my life. My son gave me a whole new sense of purpose and strength, but like many women after having a baby, I also waged to feel confident in my body again.

A big part of that journey was working with Dr. Revis. Choosing to have the internal bra procedure was something I did for myself, and it truly played a role in helping me feel the best version of myself again. What’s been truly amazing is seeing how well it has held up even after pregnancy and all the changes that come with becoming a mom.

Looking back from 2018 to now in 2026, I see a completely different woman— stronger, more confident, and proud of the life I’ve built. I’m raising a little boy while continuing to grow into the woman I always knew I could be, and the transformation has been one of the most empowering journeys of my life.
For you, how did this decision fit into the bigger picture of your goals and your personal brand? Did it feel like a turning point in your journey, or more like one meaningful step along a path you were already walking?
I’ve always been someone who invests in growth and in feeling confident in my own skin in so many ways. Choosing to work with Dr. Revis and have the internal bra procedure was really about enhancing the work I had already been putting into myself. I had been committed to my health and fitness for years, and I wanted my body to reflect how strong and confident I felt on the inside.
Since you’re here to share an update today, what feels most meaningful about this moment in your journey? How does this milestone connect to the intentions you set for yourself earlier on?
The biggest difference is how I show up now is my confidence. Before, I was always working on myself- my health, my fitness, and becoming stronger- but now I truly feel comfortable and proud in my own skin.

When you look at the way your personal brand has evolved, what feels most different about how you show up today compared to earlier in your journey? Were there moments that helped clarify what you wanted your brand to stand for?
When I look at how I have evolved today it’s my authenticity and not being afraid to show up as myself. I have now shown up more grounded, more empowered, and unapologetically myself. It’s not longer about trying to fit into an image; it’s about embracing who I truly am and showing up with confidence and purpose.
From the outside, people often see the polished version of a career or personal brand. What’s something about your journey that most people might not realize or fully understand when they look at your work from the outside?
From the outside people often see the polished version- the photos, the confidence, the lifestyle- but what they may not realize is how much discipline, resilience, and personal growth is behind it all. Everything I share is built on years of working on myself, prioritizing my health, and constantly pushing to become a better version of who I was before. What people see now is the result of years of transformation, growth, and learning to show up as my authentic self.
What kinds of feedback have you received from your audience as you’ve grown and changed over time, and how has that feedback influenced the way you think about your relationship with your community?
One of the most meaningful types of feedback I receive is from women and mothers who tell me that seeing my journey has inspired them to prioritize themselves again. Whether it’s focusing on their health, building confidence after having a baby, or simply realizing they don’t have to lose themselves in motherhood, those messages mean a lot to me.

It reminds me that what I share goes beyond just photos or moments online- it can actually impact how someone feels about themselves. That perspective makes me think about my community in a deeper way. I want to show the full picture: growth, strength, motherhood, self-care, and the importance of investing in yourself.
