Growing up, I basically had no breasts at all, and it was something that really weighed on me. I can’t tell you how many times I left a lingerie store in tears because I couldn't even fill out an A-cup.
It wasn't until I was 28 that I finally opened up to my husband about how much it truly hurt me. He was incredibly supportive and told me that I shouldn't have to live my life feeling that way. That conversation led to my very first breast augmentation, which took place back home in Denmark where we live.
What led me to explore this path was a deep-seated desire to finally feel whole. After years of feeling like my body didn't reflect who I was on the inside, I reached a point where I realized that my own happiness and self-image were worth prioritizing.
Personally, that decision has been life-changing. It hasn't just changed how I look in clothes; it has shifted my entire energy. I carry myself with a different kind of pride now. Since making that choice, I feel more present in my marriage, more confident as a mother, and I finally have the mental space to focus on my own goals—like my training—without that old insecurity holding me back.
